Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OG Market Place, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Marketplace Payment & Safety

We facilitate secure purchases of premium social handles. Crypto checkout is completed on this site via Cryptomus, and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay) through our card payment provider. PayPal and assisted deals may be handled through our official Telegram support. We are not responsible for payments or agreements made completely outside our website or official Telegram channels.

1. 01Never share payment information or login credentials with anyone other than our official team.
2. 02Prefer on-site checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cryptomus) when available; for PayPal or custom help, use our official Telegram contact only.
3. 03Card payments are held until the cardholder records a short verification video on our website showing the payment page with its code, the bank's payment message and only the last four digits of the card. The handle is delivered once our team approves the video, which is kept and shared as described in section 07.
4. 04After payment clears, we complete the transfer. Do not confirm completion until you have secured the handle in your account.

Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

1. 01Secure the account immediately upon receiving access (e.g., changing passwords, updating recovery emails, adding 2FA).
2. 02Verify that the purchased handle matches its listing before confirming receipt to our team.
3. 03Understand that sales for digital handles/accounts are final once confirmed. Refunds are only issued if the asset cannot be securely delivered.

Seller Guidelines

Sellers listing on OG Market Place must ensure that:

1. 01They are the rightful and exclusive owner of the account or handle being sold.
2. 02The handle was not obtained through illegal, abusive, or hacked means.
3. 03Any OGE (Original Email) provided is the true original email and comes completely unlinked from personal recovery methods.

Sellers found attempting to recover accounts after a settled sale will be permanently blacklisted and reported.

Service Fees

Listed prices are shown on each product page. Crypto payments may include network or processor fees charged by Cryptomus. Card payments may include a service fee and a card processing fee. PayPal or assisted deals may include a service fee stated before you pay. Any extra fees are disclosed before you complete the purchase.

Limitation of Liability

While we take security seriously during checkout and transfer, social media platforms continuously update their Terms of Service. OG Market Place cannot be held legally or financially liable for actions taken by the respective social network (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) such as lockouts, bans, or handle resets after a successful and finalized transfer.

Privacy & Data Use

To deliver orders, verify payments and prevent fraud, we record the information listed below when you visit and buy on OG Market Place. We use it only for these purposes, keep it for as long as we need it to complete your order and to answer any payment dispute, and we never sell it.

If a payment is questioned or disputed, we may share the relevant records, including IP addresses, device information, order details, messages with our team and the card verification video, with our payment providers, the bank that issued the card and the card networks, so that they can review the transaction. We share these records only for that review.

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting our team on Telegram. We keep the records needed to complete an order, to meet legal obligations or to answer a payment dispute until they are no longer required for that purpose.

The information we record includes:

1. 01The details you enter at checkout, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number and the account that receives the handle.
2. 02Your IP address and its approximate location, recorded on each visit, at checkout and when you confirm receipt of your order.
3. 03Device and browser information, such as device model, operating system, browser, language, time zone and screen size; a first-party cookie that recognizes your device on later visits; and a device fingerprint derived from these characteristics.
4. 04The pages you view and the time spent on them, your order history and your messages with our support team.
5. 05For card payments, the verification video you record on our website, which must show only the last four digits of your card.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
