How username transfers work

Buying a handle is not like buying a product that ships in a box. Here is exactly what happens between checkout and the moment the name is yours.

Step 1: payment is confirmed

You pay on the site by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto. Crypto payments are confirmed on the blockchain; card payments may include a quick check that the card belongs to you, which protects buyers and sellers from fraud.

Step 2: our team contacts you

Once the payment clears, a member of our team reaches out on Telegram. You talk to a real person who explains each step and answers your questions.

Step 3: you receive the handle

You receive the account that holds the username, with full access handed over to you. With the optional swap service, we instead move the username to your own main account.

Most transfers are completed within 24–48 hours. Timing depends on the platform’s own process.

Step 4: make it yours

Set a new password you have never used elsewhere.
Replace the email address and phone number with your own.
Turn on two-factor authentication.
Update the profile name, photo and bio.
